Each answer points directly to the relevant clause so you can read the full text in your account documents.

Yes, these terms apply to all accounts opened from India where local law permits. If any clause conflicts with a specific provision of Indian law applicable to you, that local provision takes precedence to the extent of the conflict.

We can update these terms, but we will always notify you by email or in-account message before changes take effect. You have the option to close your account before the new terms apply if you do not wish to accept them.

Funds deposited via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe are governed by the wallet clause in these terms. Deposits are credited to your account balance and may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used to deposit, subject to our 48-hour verification window.

These terms give you the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold on your account and to ask for corrections to any inaccurate details. Submit your request through the Help Centre and we will respond within 5 working days.

We retain your account data for the period required by applicable Indian law after closure. Once that period ends, identifiable data is deleted. You can request a data summary before closing; we will provide it within 10 working days of your request.

Submit your dispute through the in-account Help Centre, quoting the clause you believe was misapplied. We will provide a written response within 24 hours. If you remain unsatisfied, Section 12 of the full terms describes the escalation path to an independent adjudicator.
